This policy explains how Silver Lining (“we”) handles the information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you send a form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email (if given), the project or service you are interested in, your budget range and message. For job applications we also receive your CV and the details in the form. We also record the page you sent the form from and the advertising campaign that brought you, if any.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request: to call or message you, send project information, and follow up on your enquiry or application. Requests are stored in our website and in our customer management system (Bitrix24).
Sharing
We do not sell your details. We may share them with a developer of a project you asked about, only to answer your request. Advertising tools on this site (such as the Meta Pixel) receive a signal that a form was sent, without your name or phone number.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details by calling 07744455256 or writing to us through the Contact page.
